A gift certificate may be written out on various occasions.
A gift certificate may be written out on various occasions: birthdays, anniversaries, name days, wedding gifts or just because... Just fill in the electronic form (see below) and leave the rest to us. The gift certificate is sent together with the tickets for the selected procedures by post (registered, cash on delivery – price of the selected procedures + postal fee for cash on delivery 98,- CZK). Standard delivery time is about 3 weekdays.
The validity of the voucher is not limited in any way and it can be written out without a specified date, so that the recipient may choose the exact date and time. So what you choose are just the individual procedures. In the enclosed cover letter, the recipient will read the detailed description of how to proceed as for the gift certificate.
