The beer served in the restaurant is drawn directly from the brewery tanks, which has beneficial impact on its taste. To ensure its quality, wholesome effect on the human organism and its characteristic taste, only natural ingredients are used in the production of the Harrachov beer: malt, hops, and water from our own well, which is about 150 years old. A functional brewing and draining tank, in which the non-pasteurized and non-filtered beer is made, is situated directly in the restaurant. 


The first stage of beer brewing goes on directly under the eyes of the restaurant guests

The process then continues one floor below in the brewery cellar, where fermentation and maturing take place. This may be viewed only through the glass from the glassworks hall.

The themed restaurant offers seats for up to 180 persons and the menu includes a large choice of traditional Czech dishes as well as beer specialties. The favourites are namely sausages roasted on dark beer, homemade beer cheese, brewery chow and other specialties. It is also possible to taste malt extract, which is one of the first stages of beer brewing. It is served either straight or with rum. Bowls with malt (sprouted and dried barely) are placed on the tables for the guests' enjoyment, to be eaten with beer.
