GREAT BEER AND FOOD WITH A VIEW OF THE GLASSWORKS
Guests can also watch the first stage of beer production—brewing—unfold right before their eyes. The process then continues one floor below in the brewery cellar with fermentation and aging. This area can only be viewed through a glass window from the glassworks courtyard. In the afternoon, starting at 3:30 PM, visitors can leave the restaurant and head to the gallery of the smelting hall to bask in the warmth of the red-hot furnaces, where everyone can feel the pleasant heat.
A stylish restaurant with seating for up to 180 people
The menu features a wide selection of traditional Czech dishes and various beer specialties. Particularly popular are roasted sausages in dark beer, homemade beer cheese, the brewery’s signature dish, and more. During the brewing process, you can also sample "sladina," one of the first stages of beer production. It is a malt broth served either straight or with rum. As a nice touch, bowls of malt (sprouted and dried barley) are placed on the tables to be eaten as a snack with your beer.

We pour beer straight from the tanks
In the restaurant, we pour beer directly from the brewery tanks, which has a positive effect on its flavor. To ensure quality, health benefits, and great taste, only natural ingredients are used to brew Harrachov beer: malt, hops, and water from our own approximately 150-year-old well. A functional brewing and lauter tank is located right in the restaurant, where unfiltered and unpasteurized bottom-fermented Pilsner-style beers are brewed.
