ORIGINAL RECONDITIONING SPA THERAPY

The beer bath is prepared in a rehabilitation tub filled with natural, untreated mountain water heated to 36°C. The main ingredients of the bath are 5 liters of light beer and 5 liters of dark unfiltered, unpasteurized yeast beer, along with crushed hops.

Abouth the procedure

With a purchased or gifted ticket, you enter the spa and ring the service bell.

The staff will provide you with a sheet and open the door to the changing room, where you store your belongings in a lockable locker, take a shower, and then, wrapped only in the sheet (without swimwear), you proceed to the spa area.

You are then guided by the staff to a prepared tub filled with warm, untreated mountain water, into which 5 liters of light beer and 5 liters of dark unfiltered, unpasteurized beer are poured, along with crushed hops, which act as a natural antibiotic.

During the 30-minute bath, you are served one small beer for consumption, which is also unfiltered and unpasteurized and “treats” the body from within.

After the bath, you wrap yourself in a sheet and spend another 30 minutes in the relaxation room, covered with a blanket, during which you are served another small beer.

After resting, you may leave the facility through the changing room, or you can continue caring for your body by using the services of our massage therapists.

Massages

Massages lasting 20 minutes are offered only after a beer bath.

For the proper effect of the massage and to avoid any subsequent health complications, it is important to inform us of any health issues before the massage.

Cancer, inflammation, fever, severe osteoporosis, menstruation – massage cannot be performed.

Diabetes, high blood pressure – please inform us in advance.

Pregnancy from the 4th month and up to 2 months after childbirth – massage can be performed.

ABOUT BEER BATHS

Brewer’s yeast and the substances contained in beer provide the skin with a wide range of B vitamins

A pleasant water temperature causes a mild, gradual increase in heart activity and stimulates blood circulation throughout the entire vascular system. The bath warms the skin and opens the pores, through which gentle sweating helps flush harmful substances from the subcutaneous tissue. Brewer’s yeast and substances contained in beer supply the skin with a range of B vitamins, proteins, and minerals, contributing to overall softening, regeneration, and a rejuvenating effect.

Mountain water contains numerous carbon dioxide bubbles that adhere to the skin, gently soothing the warmed body surface and enabling effective relaxation in a softly sparkling bath. To enhance the effect of the bath and intensify the relaxation experience, guests are served a glass of unique unfiltered, unpasteurized beer containing live yeast cultures that positively affect the entire digestive tract. The treatment thus works both externally and internally.

After the bath, the guest is laid on a bed in a relaxation area, wrapped in a sheet and a microfiber blanket. Under dim lighting and pleasant music, a calming phase of the organism begins. The entire spa area is equipped with a large number of salt lamps that release iodine and other elements simulating a seaside environment. The warmed body completes the sweating phase, heart activity gradually calms, blood pressure slowly decreases, muscles relax, and the body’s energy is restored. The cleansed, rejuvenated skin absorbs beneficial substances that remained on its surface after the bath, which gradually penetrate into the subcutaneous tissue. Physical rest is reflected in mental relaxation, and a relaxed body allows the mind to release and flow with positive thoughts and energy. After a beer bath and overall body warming, a massage according to your preference is especially recommended.

Beer baths are not recommended for pregnant women, people with high blood pressure, heart disease, post-operative conditions, or open skin diseases.
