Practical information
Tickets can be purchased at the reception desk or online up to 14 days in advance.
Organized groups are advised to reserve the tour by email at: turistik@sklarnaharrachov.cz. Alternatively, reservations can be made by phone directly at the glassworks reception desk at 481 528 141
For group orders, please include the desired date and time, number of people, and a contact phone number. Without this information, we cannot enter the reservation into our system!!!
After completing the glassworks tour, visitors can individually view the glass collection (included in the admission price) at the adjacent glass museum. This visit is self-guided, without a guided tour.
The ticket also includes a discount coupon for our company store. When purchasing goods totaling 1,000 CZK or more, the buyer may redeem a discount (before paying for the goods) of 150 CZK. However, the discount can only be redeemed on the day of the tour.
